1. Placed an order. What happens next?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Our team will begin processing your order shortly, and tracking details will be shared once it is shipped.

2. Can I modify my details after placing the order?

Yes, you can request changes to your delivery address or contact details before the order is shipped. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.

3. Can the order be modified after placing one already?

Order modifications depend on the processing status. If the order has not been packed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help with changes.

Refunds, Cancellations & Exchange

1. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be possible.

2. Can an item be exchanged or refunded?

Once delivered, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges due essential products. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it within 7 business days after verification. Refunds are only applicable for orders that were not delivered to the customer.

3. How long does a refund take?

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality checks.

Orders are usually shipped within 12-24 hours. Metro city deliveries may arrive within 1–3 days, while other locations may take 2–5 business days
