At Uniivo, we want you to love every product you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product or size delivered
• Product significantly different from description
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Used or washed products
• Products without original packaging
• Intimate wear (nursing bras, adult diapers) once opened, unless defective
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Email us at returns@uniivo.in with your order number and reason for return
2. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging
3. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours
4. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or share a return address
REFUNDS
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
• For COD orders, refunds are transferred via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI)
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
EXCHANGES
We offer free size exchanges on all cloth diapers and nursing bras within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Email us at hello@uniivo.in to request an exchange.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@uniivo.in.
